1. Soft Butter - 82gms
2. Dark Chocolate (Compound/Coverture) - 250gms
3. Condensed Milk - 400gms
4. All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 68gms
5. Cocoa Powder - 38gms
6. Baking Powder - 1/2 Tsp
7. Salt - 1/2 Tsp
π Procedure :-
1. Preheat your otg/oven at 170Β°C for about 15 mins with both the rods ON.
2. Now take 8Γ8 inch Square Tin. Lin it with baking paper.
3. In a bowl add :-
Soft butter + Dark Chocolate
And melt it in microwave for about 30 seconds.
4. Now mix it well with the spatula/whisk, and add condensed milk to it & mix well.
5. Now place a sieve on the bowl and add :-
Maida + Cocoa Powder + Baking Powder + Salt
And Sieve It Properly.
6. Then fold dry and wet ingredients properly with the help of a spatula/whisk.
7. Now pour the prepared batter in your prepared tin. And tap it well to remove all the air bubbles.
8. For Baking :- (Use Centre Partition)
First 15 mins - On both rods ON
After that 15-20 mins - On lower rod ON
And Enjoy these super delicious Egg Free Brownies π
π Some Additional Tips & Tricks :-
1. All the products should be at room temperature.
2. Try to use unsalted butter.
3. I have used Nestle condensed milk.
4. Sieve all the dry ingredients properly before using.
5. I have used vanleer dark compound. You can also use 2M. If you want you can also use coverture chocolate of any good brand Van Houten , Callebaut, etc.
6. After baking do not demould it immediately, first let it come at room temperature. And if you want neat slices you can refrigerate it for 30 mins before slicing it.
