Bill is the most badass character in the series, other than francis and his biker friends, bill probably killed the most common infected while recovering from a treatment and limping his way home with a bonesaw in hand. You know he was having fun in veitnam because you hear more laughter than panick.

You can now change Bill's fate with a mod called The True Ending. There's also a bonus extension for that one. If all original survivors survive in the Sacrifice, you will get to meet the original 4 in the Passing.
