Here a few explanations:
Physical Strength: Mr. Numbers has not shown good strength feats. He could barely drag the man across the ice with both hands and also dragged the 5'6'' Lester with one hand.
Mr. Wrench had no trouble throwing Mr. Numbers, who weighs about 172 lbs (Fargo - season 1 episode 4 - timing: 45:16) broke the iron ring from the handcuffs (Fargo - season 3 episode 8 - timing: 3:22) threw a fire axe about 13 meters with one hand (Fargo - season 3 episode 8 - timing: 14:12) cut off the man’s head with a handcuff chain (Fargo - season 3 episode 8 - timing: 14:20) and broke the handcuff chain with his bare hands (Fargo - season 3 episode 8 - timing: 15:20)
Stamina|Endurance|Durability: Mr. Wrench survived a bus crash (Fargo - season 3 episode 8 - timing: 1:50) After the bus crash, he walked all day without food, drink or sleep and showed no signs of fatigue. Got shot in the arm with a crossbow and was stabbed in the back then was able to fight (Fargo - season 3 episode 8 - timing: 12:59 and 13:28)
Combat skill: Mr. Wrench is quite good at fighting, but it's more like he uses brute force. Mike and Gale Kitchen have excellent knife fighting skills judging by the way they killed two Kansas Mafia hitmen (Fargo - season 2 episode 7 - timing: 54:16) Mike also knows how to break bones (Fargo - season 2 episode 2 - timing: 24:39) and Gale has choking skills (Fargo - season 2 episode 7 - timing: 2:20)

Would've absolutely loved to see a fight of the Kitchen Brothers vs Numbers and Wrench
