I'm not saying that it's bad. It's your lawn, and I respect that. I, however, am old school and would have covered the whole lawn with sheep dung and topsoil during winter and with a bit of time a lavish thick grass cover. Also, I have to say I respect that you have a real lawn instead of fake astro grass.

This is a very strange practice where I'm from. My question is...
WHY????
I have recently been made aware of HOA's and heard they can make some absolutely absurd by-laws that come with financial penalties when they are not adhered to. Would an overzealous HOA require your lawn to be always green and lush regardless of season ???
That would be the only reason I would paint grass green. And only if it is cheaper than the HOA penalty

hahaha it's not cheating, the grass will be green again but it will take a few weeks. meanwhile put color!!! There is nothing bad. I have orchids, and when they don't have flowers I use fake floral sticks until they bloom again. I am the envy of my friends.

SO, coming from someone who has a yard service. And after spending literally a lot of money last year. By july my grass was completely dead even though I was watering 2x daily. The front of our yard gets full sun.And it just bakes. Have to say.. .I love thisπππ and by midsummer i'm probably going to do this. It looks really good I think considering it's a spray. I think you did a really even job and it looks decent . It'll be better than the gold straw that was in my yard last summer.. Boom π₯ Bartell gi
