Also, avoid wearing your hair naturally curly.. the TSA in Los Ćngeles will want to poke and prod your hair with a dirty metal poker. I had to straighten my hair to avoid these problems on my next trip.

To avoid excess baggage, wear extra items and your heaviest shoes... also, don't forget to remove your extra clothing and remove your lightweight shoes when going through security.
