Decent beginner idea 👍. Technically the “reach back” should not break the plane of the back foot though . The visual of the reach back occurs due to the lunge forward of the lower body with the arm lagging and extending behind as a result of the hips turning the tors

Aight, so this thing might fix somethings in your form but "teaching" this to me would make my throw to airbounce, noseup or straight away make me pull things to the right at end of throw..

I’ve been struggling with my accuracy as I throw flatter with less hyzer. Side note: I watched your review of the Hex and enjoyed it. But many times when you tried to throw flat, the disc came out with substantial hyzer. Just something I’m struggling with too so I thought I’d mention it

I'm not sure about this. I tried to keep my hand at shoulder height for many years and I found out my elbow simply can't pivot at that angle resulting in dipping the disc halfway through the shot. If you watch some pros they keep their hand lower. Alternatively watch Stokelys video on correcting exaggerated hyzer releases by working on upper body orientation. Braithwaite also had a video out explaining the same thing.

this video can help some players but the disc can still go nose up. the video talks about reach back not release. if this doesnt work then the problem is how the wrist moves in the throw

Good tip. But can everyone just stop talking about "nose angle," please? Unless you're putting or throwing an air-bounce, nose angle is just the plane on which you throw the disc. It's dumb to talk about it and it confuses the crap out of the new players. On a full throw, the disc will very quickly fix the nose angle itself. It's not rocket seismology.
