This is literally me and also Shy and Iâve had friends introduce me to their friends and other than their personal stuff I panic and go straight to dark humor, âoh yeah my grandma has cancerâ and âhey do you want to learn about medieval torture and my favorite word defenestrationâ I do this is to see if they can handle the random stuff I say or get them to stop talking to me.

For those who are struggling with talking in general, I go some advice for you to practice with.
Start with something small like the messages you post on YouTube. Donât just say, âthat was a great vidâ or âkeep up the great workâ, learn to expand your sentences. So instead of âthat was a great vidâ, say something a little simple expansion like âthat vid was awesome!â Then slowly go from there, slowly expand the sentences you write. So from here, the next compliment should be âThat was a very good video, (time stamp) this part had me dying!â And if you watch enough of a creator, learn their aneurysms (how they talk/act/jokes/topics), and start joking with the creator. Expand your sentences that are easy to say that can be quickly posted, and start responding with full conversation pieces that not just the creator, but others can comment on.
So if youâre responding to a comment, donât just say âoh I agreeâ, add something like âoh I definitely agree, especially because (give example to reinforce the agreement) or if you disagree, âmmmm I donât think so, only because I know of (example that disproves a statement). Learn to expand the sentences.
I can use this comment section as an example. âShe just⌠described me holy shitâ, expand that sentence to âshe just⌠described me, holy shit, I gotta work on that.â A simple addition to a sentence will help you keep conversations fresh and will help you to have always something to say.
