I want you to understand that if you end up in a situation where you're dealing with some adverse symptoms as a result of energetic imbalance, like I mentioned, it's not the end of the world. You haven't messed up. All of these things are typical and normal for anybody going through a Kundalini awakening process.

It's important that out of self-love, that we support our Kundalini process and engage in the right practices. Now, I know that at times when we're, when we're feeling ungrounded and uncomfortable, it can be really difficult to, you know, put our foot down and do what's best for us. But I invite you to have the courage, have the self-discipline and out of self-love, really do the right things that you're meant to do, because this is what will make the difference between a very difficult, intense, scary, challenging, Kundalini process and a very smooth and easy one.
