For anyone that doesn't normally like peeps I've got a great secret for you. I don't like like peeps usually either, because I'm not a fan of marshmallow. However, open the pack and let the peeps sit for a week. They because chewy with a satisfying snap almost like a not so dense taffy and are soooo much better!

Peeps ate NEVER fluffy marshmallows! They're always stale and disgusting. But once you've had a homemade marshmallow, you can Never go back to the ones sold in stores!!

For those of you that don't like peeps too much, try roasting them over a fire - just like a marshmallow. The inside melts and gets gooey, but the sugar on the outside toasts and caramelizes. They are ridiculously good!😊
