Tigers are one of creature, besides human, that are known to be vengeful and become man eater if they were harmed.
There's a story of "The Demon of Champawat". A man eater with a killing spree that puts Jason Voorhees to shame. It was shot and the postmortem revealed that the tigress had wounds on her upper and lower canines caused by old gunshot.
Another one is the story Vladimir Markov who shot and wounded a siberian tiger. Not to forget he stole the tiger's kill. The very same tiger followed him to his cabin and stalked him for almost two days before killing him

I really loved the first time I fought Magna, the spike in difficulty and crazy cool looking attacks (especially meteor bomb) made me say "no wonder this thing is at the top of the food chain it's extremely dangerous" 😂

I won't lie, I used to be completely unable to take Magnamalo seriously. The weirdly intricate designs made it feel more like something out of God Eater (for a time I was just calling it Corrosive Vajra, because that's what it looked like to me), and Scorned Magna basically being an incel was also really funny at first. Still, I've come to really like it over time. It's a little unsubtle as far as designs go, but it's still really cool, and let's be real we do need more mammalian designs. At the end of the day, it is still a heavily armoured giant sabretooth tiger with a spear tail that slings purple fireballs, and that is unabashedly cool as hell.

I honestly really warmed up to this monster, everyone called it the purple farting weeb cat me included
But its got a cool set of abilities, behaviors, and a lot of character in them including the armor being tried to its mating rights explaining its varied acrobatic movesets, plus taking away or redesigning its alleged overdesign has proven a challenge, I think it proves what we got deserves more credit than face value.
