Bro i actually unlocked this ability accidentally but i didnt use this method it just happened.Its so cool its almost like super saiyan but without a crazy multiplier.But the activation of what i call peak mode is pretty weird or well the feeling of it is like a vibration throughout your entire body and then a lightning crackle wave passes through you and gets you this insane boost in all your senses and strength and speed .

This has been in practice in India long since the Vedic Age. And it is much more besides just this. You must read it all (concept known as Prāna) in the revered texts of Āyurveda.
