The move you should make there is bishop to D3 ... it opens the rooks up to protect the entire back row .... or bishop to B5 pinning that knight ..... Black is in serious trouble right here , I would give black a less than 5% chance of getting a draw ...
Black has too many pieces guarded by only one piece in this position...
Kids , don't ever get yourself into a shit position like this 😂

Instead of protecting your pawn, can't you let the black knight take it, then play Re1, pinning the knight to the king ? If black does not protect their knight the rook takes it. If black protects their knight, then you play pawn f3 to take advantage of the pin
