I like it a lot! I thought you were going to make light lines with the pen and then darken it because that's what I do when i draw with a pen but i like how you did it, maybe sketch more? You can improve a lot by drawing more!!

Maybe use pencil to sketch it out first by using softer lines so you can try ideas and get used to drawing it the go in a little harder with a pencil then use a pen and erase the sketch or pencil lines it just makes it easier to make things cleaner
This wont solve all your problems and for the most part I learned how to draw a lot from watching other people do it and then trying techniques that they did so maybe try watching tutorials or just people drawing in general like in a time lapse
Sorry if you didn’t want advice tho its just a bad habit i have
