This is very helpful for my next trip to the grocery store. Thw only one I have been eating out of those is flax! The other tip I heard from Dr Tim Spector is the sweet spot per week for gut health is 30 different plants which includes beans and seeds, and should adhere to the rainbow principle.

What changed my Gut health after 20 years of trouble, was stopping all seed oils. I don't eat any packaged food from the grocery. No crackers, bread or anything that has oil in it. If I want bread, I make it myself. A real game changer.
