What changed my Gut health after 20 years of trouble, was stopping all seed oils. I don't eat any packaged food from the grocery. No crackers, bread or anything that has oil in it. If I want bread, I make it myself. A real game changer.

Thanks for reminding me to stick to it. And, supposedly it helps prevent intestinal cancer because it creates a mucoid barrier that carcinogenic agents adhere to rather than passing into the body. When the body eliminates that mucoid barrier it takes all the carcinogens with it.

Thomas you should add sunchokes to the list they also have inulin great for people with diabetes and gut health. Very prolific plant to grow in the garden! 😊

Can u talk about parasites ?
I did a parasite cleanse and had at least 1 lb of round worms in my upper GI.
Coffee enemas and parasite detox over 3 weeks .
It was crazy to see how big they were and stealing my nutrients .
I think if you’ve ever eaten sushi or raw meat, it’s something you should definitely consider taking a look at

This is old school dated gut health tips. Your gut will continue to trip up if you don’t address the liver. I struggled for decades and was batted around by doctors and misinformation. Then I found the book, Cleanse to Heal and the Advanced 3:6:9 liver cleanse and I was set free! If your liver is compromised (most humans living on this planet now have compromised livers) then it’s not going to produce the bile needed to break down fats, it’s not going to support the pancreas to help break down proteins - food doesn’t get broken down but instead ferments and feeds bad bacteria. Read the book - it just might change your life!

This is very helpful for my next trip to the grocery store. Thw only one I have been eating out of those is flax! The other tip I heard from Dr Tim Spector is the sweet spot per week for gut health is 30 different plants which includes beans and seeds, and should adhere to the rainbow principle.
