I spent much of my career in insurance defense. If I could upvote this 50 times I would. One of the companies you mentioned would try to disclaim coverage so often that a lot of us became insanely proficient fighting them fighting their own customers.

Amica has always been a breathe of fresh air on property insurance. So often I get hired buy companies that clearly just want to do whatever it can to deny every claim for to minimize the value. I wish I had found you a year ago. The jerk that hit my Mom and son also had State Farm. We immediately hired someone that a friend had recommended. As soon as State Farm found out we were suing, they fired us. Claiming, we had 4-5 wrecks in 3 yrs. Which we did NOT. Unfortunately, all in 30 days. 1st our rearend was damaged sitting in a parking lot. We had an appointment for them to look at the car.
My son was driving my car, and for some reason, my car decided to have a front tire to break off the axal and turn around backward. It caused him to hit someone who was parked in the road, not anywhere near the curb. It totaled the car, and HE couldn't have done anything to stop the accident. My car was well cared for. Then we bought new care. Exactly, 8 months later, my mother and son had stopped for a red-light. The guy behind them hit them at 48mph. It's truly it miracle they weren't killed. It's not our fault again. Other than that, the last time there was a wreak was 6 years before! We had State Farm for years and years. I don't know how to find out what they are claiming we have and how to get it fixed?

I LOVE IT! Knowledge drops and some wisdom drop for real. Appies to most of my jobs, but most service industry jobs are a mix of both as the turnover is so high.

I speak about this with my boss. She researches other CEOs and companies, reads their books, and you'll find that bad managers hire bad workers because if they hire good workers, they'll surpass them, whereas good managers hire good workers because they dont mind if their underlings surpass them

Perfect timing. Hopefully, tomorrow is my last case post divorce over two years ago. My Exâs attorney does stupid stuff and presents as a soft spoken gorilla. Iâm Pro Se (got wiped out in the divorce). It dawned on me that except for the rages, they are a lot alike. I used that to my advantage at the last hearing. Thanks, Mike.
