Technically, it's four ingredients counting the vanilla in buuuut
Ingredients:
• 1/2 sugar + 1/4 cup water for caramel
1 large egg + 1 yolk
• 500ml milk
• 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
Bake in a water bath (you basically just put boiling hot water around the baking pan) and bake at 160C for 40-50 mins. The middle part should be still a little jiggly. Let it cool down then refrigerate it overnight. Overnight is best or you can also do 4 to 5 hours. The longer you refrigerate it & let it set the better it demolds.
