I'm noticing length retention using heat (paddle brush hairdryer) once a month. I have been lazy though and end up pushing washing my hair to once a month and notice the dandruff, even though I massage oil in every so often. I will definitely try the scooping and spreading method also as I'm now at your bra strap length picture. Happy my hair finally seems to be grown productively 😅 Thank you for the tips
