US society doesn't demean farmers - corporations do. They push chemicals on them, then the corporations use the image of a non-chemical farm on their packaging.

Itâs Agribusinesses (big chemical) , pesticides, herbicides, parasiticides, GMO farm plants, that are a big part of the problem. đ˘ and theyâve inserted themselves as âmiddlemanâ, blocking adequate communication between farms and the cities that depend on them

Yes I will grow crops, like corn and then sell it to make ethanol. Oh yeah and I want lots of government handouts and don't want to pay any taxes. Oh yeah farmers are great. Farming is one of the last jobs you have to be born into. Nothing free market about it.

This is sooooo important. So many people in the regenerative agriculture area have a disdain for "classic" farmers. If we can all just realize we're on the same side here, we can all work together to improve the food system instead of hating on each others' methods.
