Proses :
1. cuci bersih ayam
2. halusin angkak. lumurin angkak ke ayam. Diamin 5menit
3. panasin air, cemplungin jahe
4. ketika air mendidih, cemplungin ayam
5. tambahkan perasa garam dan totole/micin
6. masak sampe mendidih dan tekstur ayam sudah empuk
