If marriage does not end with death then wouldn't the surviving spouse ve "guilty of committing adultery," on the dead one they are still "married" to?
The Bible says if a woman's husband dies she's free to remarry. So it doesn't seem to agree with the view of marriage continuing beyond the grave?
>>>>>Romans 7:2-3
[2]For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.
[3]So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.<<<<<

So is in the Catholic Church. Yes, marriage is a sacrament and it is the bond between Christ and His church. I don’t know what you mean by “it doesn’t end with death” , but in the Catholic Church marriage is also indissoluble, “until death sets them apart.”
Thank you Sona. Much blessings to you and your lovely family. It is a joy for me to see people observing the churches teachings so diligently and passing them on to others. ✝️🙏
