2. Fertilize! Don't skip this one- plants need food and nutrients just like we do.
3. Watering; Don't let your Monstera dry out completely, but don't overwater either.
In this video I compare my sister's TCM with mine. Both are 5 months old from the same plant but she has not used a grow light, or fertilized. So her plant has not produced any fenestrations and therefore, the plant is not as happy. Sorry sis.

Some of the spots on the thai constellation aren’t necessarily completely albino, so they technically would be able to photosynthesize just not as effectively as their totally green counterpart.

Mine is in natural light in my loungeroom and it's thriving with beautiful leaves. Grow lights are not necessary if the natural lighting is good. I also use foliage focus fertilizer which my plants love!!
