The only problem id have with trying this in competition is the fact that if your opponent starts applying a wrestling turk they can stall your roll for the sweep and apply a ton of pressure on your hips to start breaking down your guard.

It is there a lot but I often forget about it. This video elicited a verbal, "i had this available 5 or 6 times last night." Such an easy move to add to your half guard game.
