Lmao. Batman's best feats come solely from the outside help whilst Rick can outmatch him with nothing but himself. Rick can straight up erase universes like nothing, and perhaps Batman has beaten Gods who can do the same, but he has never beaten someone who is as crafty and as smart. Rick is FAR smarter than Batman and a better engineer in every way.

Rick beats Batman with prep time, as he created something as effortlessly as the red death touch, now I don't know what feat you have to say to tell me that Batman is immune to it or can "hack" which he definitely can't. In combat batman slams and with prep he has a huge advantage in AP/durability/strenght/versatility with them suits like in the show rick almost died multiple times BECAUSE HE CAN'T improvise as good as batman can so even if they would be evenly strong prepared batman is way more of a strategist/planner/has more BIQ and all that aside if he uses flash to go back in time rick has already lost

This depends on where the fight takes place. If this took place in the DC universe, then all that omnipotence and insane batsuits which was built with the help of multiple "gods" and beings would be useless since Rick in that universe would create much more insane tech using all the characters and their resources (just like how batman gets his omnipotence) by himself. Rick would have already reached omnipotence while batman is having trauma over his parents' death.
Realistically the whole battle is who gets the omnipotence first.

Idk how most of you Downplaying Batman, Regardless of his Suitās Feats, Like Final Bat, Hell Bat, Justice League Buster, And Besides Outsmarting BWL, Brainiac, And Other Smart Villains, And I said āWith Preparation Timeā so, batman can use his Suits, Not going against rick nakedly, The Theories in DCās Multiverse (and Cosmology as a whole) is Beyond Anything rick ever Faced, Itās Far More Complicated, Far more Bigger, Far More Dangerous, Rick is a genius guy, Creative, a Very Intelligent Godlike Human, But Thatās nothing Compared to what Batman ever faced, Rick is smart, But DCās Villains are way more Smarter, Rick is strong, But DCās Villains Who Fought Batman are Way Stronger, Like BWL, Brainiac, Darkseid, Etc.
