That's the constitution-class Enterprise refit. It's 305m in length. The original constitution-class Enterprise was 289m length.

You speak of the original 1701, but your video show either the refit Enterprise or the 1701-A. Cruising speed of the original 1701 is Warp 6, top speed is Warp 8; I think it may have been pushed to Warp 9 in an emergency, but it can't sustain this speed for long.

A dozen phaser emitters on the saucer alone granted and there were canonically three on the secondary hall, two on the keel and one above the clamshell doors of the shuttle Bay. Photon torpedoes: the original had three in the saucer only, forward port and starboard. The refit, which you showed had to forward on the neck and one aft facing on the upper part of the secondary Hall, never shown but would be similar to voyagers.
