The Head of Corporate Communications and CSR for BMW Group France, Maryse Bataillard explains the importance of the BMW ART MAKERS programme, which seeks to provide a platform for innovative contemporary artists engaging with pressing global issues. Since 2021, the programme has awarded a grant to an artist and a curator every year, allowing them to collaborate on an installation for Paris Photo, the largest international photography fair in the world.
