Martha's Popovers

Preheat oven 425°F
Generously butter popover pan
1 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cups milk
3 large eggs

Bake at 425°F 20 minutes, reduce heat to 350° additional 20 minutes. Do not open oven door until popovers are fully baked.
