1. Add 1 1/2 cups medium roast coffee grounds to a French Press.
2. Add 3 cups room temperature water to the French press and gently stir to saturate the grounds.
3. Place the plunger on top of the French Press to cover, but don’t plunge down.
4. Set the French Press on the counter and let brew for 18 hours.
5. After 18 hours, plunge down and pour the cold brew concentrate into a mason jar or a pitcher with a lid.
6. This is a concentrate, so I like to do 1 part concentrate to 2 parts cold water (1/2 cup concentrate to 1 cup cold water, or 1 cup concentrate to 2 cups cold water). If this is too strong for your taste, do a 1:3 ratio or 1:4 ratio of concentrate to water!
7. Then add your syrups/sweeteners, milk/cream, ice and toppings!
