Your boss is right. It's theft. Outright theft & it's not good for your boss or the company. Seems like, until recently, you were almost fired all the time. You're clueless for thinking your boss wouldn't notice.

imo as long as things are kept sanitary and out of cross-contamination, and i was a customer, i would personally want you to eat a little bit if you're comfortable enough to feel like it's safe to test on a regular basis -- the employment industry is creating some gnarly horror stories and thus shittier (and more unsafe) food products and as long as things can stay running with what you're doing, you should be allowed a modest amount of ice cream in this hellscape. they're probably cutting corners on your pay or understaffing anyways, if they aren't i would be surprised and try to seek out the icecream company you're working for. just don't eat too much of it i guess lol

Yes! Quality control is key to any good employee of any food place! 😂 especially this one. If you don’t eat it I’m not eating it either. Tell your boss a customer states that each employee should try a new flavor and topping every day as they need to promote the flavors and all their glory!!! I won’t eat where employees don’t
