Stuffing is one of my favorites no matter the time of year. My version is packed with loads of garlic and fresh herbs from my garden including rosemary and sage. Pair this with some cranberry orange sauce and it make a perfect combination. Make sure you save this recipe and save to make at your next get together . Skip getting a box of stuffing and make it homemade my friend!

2 loafs french bread 1 whole celery w/ stalks 6 carrots 1 large white or yellow onion 8 garlic cloves 4 tbsp butter (sticks) 3 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp chicken bouillon 3 cups water 3 tsp cornstarch fresh or dry herbs used : rosemary, oregano, sage

1. Start by sautéing onions , celery, garlic, carrots with olive oil until translucent.
2. Add in butter with herbs you can use fresh or dried.
3. Add warm water to mixing bowl with cornstarch and chicken bouillon. My favorite vegan brand is in my @amazon store front link in bio .
4. Bread if fresh cook at 200 F in oven rotate every 30 minutes until dry .
5. Add in veggies and cornstarch/ bouillon mixture
