Seriously the best herby breaded tofu ever and with a whopping 36g of protein!!

Ingredients
350 g block of extra firm tofu * cut into 16 triangles, or cubed!
For the Batter
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 tbsp fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk or other milk of your choice!
2 tbsp soy sauce
For the Breading
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450℉ and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the Batter
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, dried oregano, basil, parsley and salt. Add the soy milk and soy sauce and whisk again until well combined.
Make the Breading
In a separate medium sized bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the breading.
Coat the tofu!
Add your tofu trianges into the batter and coat well on all sides. Using a slotted spoon, place the tofu triangles in the breading and toss until well coated.
Place the coated tofu triangles on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping half way through, or until the tofu is lightly golden brown and crispy. Serve and enjoy!
