along with the Blood type diet, what turned me predominantly carnivore 30 years ago was a book on food combining.
which led me to eat meat mostly in isolation, a resolved all the bloating , inflammation, gut issues i had from eating mixed up protein/ carb/ fats / sugars in the same meal.
worked for me...

I'm O blood type. I remember reading the blood type book many years ago. I know how amazing I feel on carnivore. You make a good point Dr Anthony. 😊

I've been saying for a long time now to the people that insist everyone is different. You would only be different if you weren't a human being

It mostly depends on what phenotype and race you are. Northern Europeans won't have the same benefits of a mediterianian diet as someone from morroco would. Eat depending on your ancestors.

I've wondered though if people like me (Celtic with more neanderthal DNA than 83% of other 23 and Me participants) have an even harder time with plants than others and should definitely be carnivorous.

What about all the people who have lived long healthy lives eatinga variety of whole foods? What would have only eating meat added to their quality of life and what would it have taken from there quality of life?

All the dinner parties all the socializing and enjoyment over food?

I think there's a balance.

I agree meat is a super food. I think all whole foods are good for humans minus a few rare exception of immune disorders. The real problem is processed sugar, and seed oils.

So, what about food sensitivity and food tolerance?
