Si comme moi t'as des oubliés au fond du frigo, voici le meilleur moyen anti-gaspi pour les utiliser 😎
Une recette de "bolognaise" hyper rapide et délicieuse, à customiser en fonction de tes légumes (il est où l'emoji fenouil quand on a besoin de lui?!)
Pour une bonne plâtrée de bolo (tu peux congeler sans problème)
1️⃣Mixer 350g de fenouil + 550 de patate douce + 300g de navet + 1 oignon + 3 gousses d'ail + 425g de haricots rouges + plein d'herbes / épices de ton choix (ici paprika fumé, herbes de Provence...)
2️⃣ Transvaser dans une marmite et ajouter 800g de sauce tomate, un peu de sauce soja pour l'umami, cuire à couvert pendant 10-15mn
