To give a bit of context for people who don't know, this was about the Flint Fiasco.
Kids died from drinking contaminated water from a water line that was newly built, but the problem was that the original waterline was fine and did not need replacing, however corruption in Michigan under Obama's Presidency, caused this pipeline to be built but it was badly installed and allowed millions of contaminates into the water supply which led to hundreds being sick, mainly kids.
Obama then shows up and tries to consolidate with the people of Flint (the majority of cases were black families) and then does this stunt (what's missing from the vid, he says 'I feel fine!' after drinking the high quality H2O) which is the biggest F you to these people

Edit: for those that didn't get it, the joke was that he's out of touch with citizens. He'd never get his water from the tap, much less bother proving it was truly safe. Not that he's a lizard or an alien.
