Lol i'm south asian and most of us have dark hair and eyes but i'm a summer coz i have lighter hair,eye,skin shade as compared to people of my ethnicity. Light soft muted colours suits me the most while dark colours look overpowering.

Im sorry but someone with dark eyes and dark hair absolutely can be light summer. Not everyone's natural hair color suits their skins color, especially for POC. For example taeyeon from snsd, shes summer type, she looks best when shes bleaching her hair and wear summer colors but her natural hair and eyes color still dark bc shes asian. Another example with light summer type is son ye ji and arin from oh my girl, many poc is light type even tho their eyes and hair dark. And not only with cool types, poc can also be light warm type too. rose from blackpink for example, shes a light type but her natural eyes and hair is dark, thats why shes always bleaching her hair to suits her more.
