The best Funeral director you can get is the one that you don't even notice, i used the same funeral home for both my grandparents and my mom (pretty rough 4 year streak) and the funeral home staff were lovely, the director was my grandma's friend and that was really the only funeral she made herself felt in, on the other 2 everything was taken care of swiftly and quietly.
