I purchased a few peaches from the store and decided to try my luck at growing the peach seeds into peach trees. I used the wet paper towel and ziploc bag method to start germination. I started the peach seeds on 10/2/16). It took about 4 weeks to get these two seeds to sprout and they've been in the cups for about another 5 weeks. I apologize for not filming it from the start. The central leaders on these saplings didn't look good so I was hesitant to even do the series but I topped them to promote some side shoots and they really took off!

Your peach tree is looking amazing! Your series inspired me to grow my own peach tree :D. I grew it last fall and it shows the same branching characteristics as your tree. Those pink blossoms in spring must look amazing!

I have a red leaf peach tree in my backyard my dad told me it came out of nowhere and someone probably Dropped the pit but I don’t believe him

You need to graft that tree with a good peach variety to get any decent fruit.
