Used to use rechargable betteries. I use the elite series 2 now and the battery never dies in one play session, but ive had to get a warranty replacement twice already. I like the controller, but damn. Sent the first one back right away because clicking right stick would turn the controller off XD. I looked into gamesir after your short a while back and i think ill get one of those when my current controller eventually has problems.

as a playstation user it is kinda cool to just swap out batteries and instantly be recharged

On my PS4 I use the Power A Fusion Pro, which charges quickly. I do have a second controller but that's literally just for any trophies that require 2 players and occasional couch co-op.
On my Xbox I have the Elite controller, but I also have a wired controller for the same reason as PS4 and so that when I'm just watching something the battery of the Elite is being drained.
I also have multiple controllers for my Switch, but that's just because some games feel better with different controllers.
Basically, no matter what console i have I always like to have at least one other contoller.

People still argue about that? Aight I have seen many dead PS4 controllers, Xbox One? None, you can get them nice reachrgeable batteries lol

The biggest disappointment for recharge batteries is at somepoint they are guaranteed to no longer hold charge. Meaning that you have to open up the controller(not everyone has the skills to do that).

Yeah but you have 2 controllers for multiplayer games as well. Many advantages over AA batteries

I bought a 5m charge cable so I can play while a charge my controller. I bought a second one for split screen games because I'm a dinosaur.

I have a problem where my wired controller keeps disconnecting, but the light stays on.
I have to unplug it and plug it back in to work. I’m really confused and wondered if you had the fix for that problem?

If you dont already have teo controllers, you need more friends, also you can just charge it while you're not using it

I love pc, I never have to charge my keyboard or mouse.

I connected my controller recently and it does the command twice for somereason. For example if I move the left joystick to the left or right on the home screen, it moves two spaces.I don't know what this is called or if it can be fixed, does anyone have any ideas ?

If you are playing for longer then the battery life of a controller then maybe rethink your life choices. Just put the one you already have on charge and take a damn break (this is not aimed at anyone it is just to say that the world’s gone to shit).
