They are the first to introduce all the controversial rules in the it sector like the 3 months notice period etc
Narayan murthy and sudha murthy always lectures others about morale and discipline when their own daughter is facing charges of tax evasion in england
They always try to maintain a public image of being a simple and down to earth person for themselves
They have attained the status of a DEMI GOD
Whereas if you look at ratan tata neither does he goes on lecturing people about morale and discipline , nor does he has any charges of tax evasion against him.He never dreams of making his employees his slaves.Tcs rarely fires its employees even in worst of times.
