The red shouldered hawks in my area of NC are an absolute menace. They come through every day, screaming and chasing the smaller birds, like our titmice. The titmice screech like crazy sounding the alarm for all the other animals. Its neat to watch all the different species work together to avoid the hawks and feral cats. It's also really annoying sometimes. Between the titmice and the carolina chickadee, the noise level can be absolutely defening lol
