Don’t listen to these bozos lmao. 2900 is definitely a bulk for your size. Protein is a little high I’m guessing your body weight is around 170 so I would eat about 170 grams of protein and increase your carbs and fats. You really only need to eat more than your body weight in protein when you’re cutting. Right now you’ll have enough glycogen where you won’t be burning muscle as long as you’re getting the carbs in. And you’ll notice it’s easier to eat more calories of fat and carbs than protein.

Protein 170 grams
Carbs 310 grams
Fat 131 grams
Any more calories than this and it’s going to be way more excess fat. Keep the calories clean and I would limit one protein drink a day, the rest try to get from food.
