St Carlo Acutis Relic Tour

The Diocese of Paisley will be blessed with the visit of a relic of St Carlo Acutis from 9th to 13th September.

To mark the beginning of this special occasion, Bishop John Keenan invites you to a Holy Hour in St Mirin’s Cathedral on Tuesday, 9th September, from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, during which a delegation from Assisi will be welcomed. Four priests will be available for Confessions throughout the Holy Hour.

The relic will be available for veneration at the following times and locations:

St Mirin’s Cathedral:

Wednesday, 10th September: 11.30am – 3.00pm

Friday, 12th September: 10.30am – 4.00pm

Saturday, 13th September: 9.00am – 11.00am

St Francis’, Port Glasgow:

Wednesday, 10th September: 6.00pm – 7.00pm

St Mary’s, Greenock:

Thursday, 11th September: 12.30pm – 5.00pm

To conclude the visit, all are warmly invited to a Mass of Thanksgiving in St Mirin’s Cathedral on Saturday, 13th September at 11.00am, after which the relic will depart the diocese.
