I had the Widowmaker 15 years ago. Dr. Ajay Jain in Statesboro and Dr. Kapoor in Augusta saved my life and stented me. I now eat healthy, exercise, and take my meds. I appreciate your informative and inspirational videos. Thank you!

Even traffic noise has been shown in research to heighten the risk of cardiovascular disease, our hearing is the only sense that doesn’t sleep iirc & even if you think the noise is not bothering you, it’s bothering your body.

Prolonged chronic stress can potentially lead to low cortisol levels due to development of adrenal insufficieny (aka adrenal fatigue) , which is just as bad....

Hi Dr. London. I wanted to personally thank you for sharing all of this knowledge with us. I hope people realize you are giving life saving information during these videos. A very big thank you from me as someone with Crohn's disease. Diet, stress, and a faulty gene mutation I believe all play roles. Cleaning up my diet and no alcohol like you mentioned definitely has helped decrease my inflammation like you mentioned. Immunosuppressant drugs are helping as well but all of your information greatly helps the Crohn's meds be more effective.
