Not so sure about the need of a new motor Curtis. Flexing the housing only shows an alignment issue. My money is on the squirrel cage being attached too close during assembly and then dropped on the floor by Chinese child labor.

You have to replace the motor,oh up no you have to replace the furnace,.....oh no its much better if you replace all the sistem.....much much better.....(for me,the)........WTF..........uff installer.....)

I opened one of those up two years ago and put fresh grease in the bearings so it worked while we waited for the new one to come in. Then, the customer declined replacement and said they'll call when it fails again. It's still working to this day 😂
