就像去跟業者借車一樣意思，我們被要求要拿出駕照和填寫確認書。所以借車的人必須先確認對方是否有駕照資格，那借車的人就不會有責任。

這個事件不難~今天借車的人~如果有肇事~本來就要付連帶責任的~不然你就不要借車給人~要借車給人就要知會有這個問題~所以一句話~不要借車給人~就不會有連帶責任~不然哥哥可以用一個方法撇清OR減清責任~就說不知道車子被弟開走了~那這時就會弟要舉證出來說~這台車是哥哥要借我的~不然弟弟會就再加上竊盜罪~這時就要考驗人心VS錢。

好像沒有駕照是行政罰金，如果有肇事車主才會有連帶賠償責任。

需要舉證。證明你不知道對方有無駕照。 或是對方騙你自己有駕照。等等。
