Yikes. And this is the first year in over a decade when we are planning a trip to the beach, this time near Kitty Hawk. Hopefully there is enough warning for any major storms that people can react and that they do so to stay safe.

Our future ancestors will look back on this time with shame and regret. All the signs were there, but due to power, money, and corruption, the population of the world stood by and watched it be destroyed.
The oceans are hotter than ever, wildfires are out of control, shark attacks and other animal attacks are on the rise, all because we are literally destroying their habitat and pushing them inland and yet..... Nothing is done. We take a little bitty steps and say that they we have made great improvements, but none of those improvements are good enough.
What does it matter how much money the rich profit off of the destruction of the Earth, when there'll be nothing left for them to use their money on? It's baffling to me.

Um what? That sounds like it's a banner year for hurricanes. I'm guessing those hurricanes are really anticipating this projected growth. I know if I was look at an extra 50% I would be ecstatic. It's a bad year for us, but fantastic for the hurricanes. Congrats hurricanes! Hopefully we are able to stop you one day by convincing people we are destroying ourselves with pollution and emissions and all that, but in the meantime that isn't going to stop me from being happy for you.

At the end of May in Florida it was 101.
It’s so humid our state bird should be swamp ass.
