It's a 4 hours event where you have the opportunity to try different holistic therapies and liberate emotions through ecstatic dance with our Shamanic DJ who plays perfect tunes for our journey.
In this event we had facilitators offering Reiki, Access Bars, Energetic Face-lift and back massage.
Ecstatic dance is an inner/outer journey, moving meditation where presence and ecstasy can be experienced.
It creates a direct body-mind-spirit connection, allowing our body and inner guide to be our own master.
It’s about being present, grounded, authentic.
Using movements you release emotions and block the energy stuck in the body.
Ecstatic dance is a spiritual practice.
I create a safe space to explore healing through divine communion, freeing your mind and body while connecting with yourself, others and your guide in a safe and healthy way.
