In their defense, they do have pretty good advice, but their advice in general are for people who are not interested in being in the fitness community, people who just want to get the best benefits, but their way of saying it sucks and they know that, they did this whole thing of shouting and calling bodybuilders stupid to get controversial because if they were just normal they would be no different to other fitness influencers

If you just blasting gear and just do seated overhead press and wear a belt during a light squat or even doing a light bench press with a belt you shouldn’t be a bodybuilder
In contacts to make it clear they are not hating bodybuilding as a whole but they promoting a healthier lifestyle cause if you doing seated lateral raises, seated overhead press or anything with a smith machine is consider lazy not bench pressing is lazy you donut and the first time i tried the leg extension it pains me but after i watch mario/ martin rios videos to change my routine into a squat it made my performance even better outside the gym

Dude I like your content but you basically said nothing. I’ll summarise it in short:
1. No one’s asking you to bench standing. In fact they tell you to do your bench presses.
2. They’re telling you to focus on functional training and keep yourself athletic and healthy by ditching machines such that you don’t end up like Ronnie Coleman now.
