I gotta assume you do like 3-4 sets of this superset? 4x shoulder press, 5x lateral raises (seems your right shoulder struggles a bit here), and around 6-7 front raises. Sure it will build you up slowly, but you're fatiguing yourself pretty fast. Take care of that shoulder also, mine did(and sometime still does) the same thing.
