“📚 Back to school. ✏️

I think working on myself is the greatest gift I’ve ever been given. 💝

📈Not being afraid of growth and change, challenging and pushing myself to try new things.

I used to be in the never ending cycle. Work, drink, eat, sleep, repeat. Bartending was so easy for me and I was good at it. Why would I need to do anything else? I made good money.

But I wasn’t really living. 🥱

When I went to school to get my Health Coaching Certification, it was terrifying, it was hard, but it was also really rewarding. I discovered so much about myself and the world around me that I never knew before.

I kind of became addicted to challenging myself.

I also became obsessed with sharing my knowledge. Although, I will admit, I definitely struggle with limiting believes that I don’t know enough. But I push past that because it’s important to help others to grow as well.

When you continue to grow and learn, you’re rewarding your brain and your body.

I wanted/needed more. So here I am, currently studying at @nutraphoria to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist. 🌱

I cannot wait to share the wealth of knowledgeable I’m receiving from this school to help better my clients and my followers.
