This special Hot coffee recipe is made cafe style with instant coffee (Nescafe). this method and recipe of cafe style hot coffee gives you a really tasty coffee like the ones we get in baristas and cafes.this drink comes together in just minutes. It makes one serving, you can double the recipe for more servings, as needed
Sugar:2tbsp
Water:2tbsp
Instant coffee powder:1/2tbsp
Milk:1cup
Vanilla essence:2drops
Place the sugar in a heavy bottomed saucepan over medium heat ,add 2tbsp water and mix...Move the sauce pan around every few minutes to keep the sugar heating evenly, but do NOT stir constantly..The sugar will eventually start to melt. This can take up to
2 minutes minutes. Be patient! You’ll know your caramel is done when it’s fully liquid and no clumps of sugar remain.Now add 1 cup milk ,2 drops of vanilla essence...Mix well..
now add 1/2tbsp coffee mixed with 1 tbsp water...and allow it to boil...
Your coffee is ready now..
